Shipping Info:
-Most orders are shipped from NJ
-Most orders will be shipped the same day or the next business days.
Orders containing any Jogalite products will generally be shipped as follows:
When placed Sunday & Monday: ships that week Wednesday
When placed Tues - Saturday: ships Wednesday of the following week.
Please call us if you have ordered a Jogalite item and need your order by a specific date (877-232-5100).
-Customers will be notified if there are any changes.
Please note that all orders are not considered binding until you receive an email confirmation that your order has been shipped.
-For free ground shipping to 50 states for orders of $99+, please choose Priority Mail or UPS Ground
Please note that when shipping your package for free we may choose to change the shipping method. If you can accept only Priority Mail or UPS to your location, please indicate so in the comments field.
-For orders out of the US and Canada:
We will only accept payment through PayPal. Please email your order and shipping address to orders@dontgethit.com or call us at 732 886 8865. We will then send you a payment request email through PayPal. If you do not hear from us, please call to confirm that we received your email. Once your payment is received we will ship out your order.
-For Govt. offices that order through POs please fax your PO to 866-370-1367. Please call to confirm that we received the fax.
Return Policy:
-We accept returns/exchanges for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Prior authorization IS required. Email or call us for authorization.
- If the item is faulty, we will replace it or refund you gladly.
If you simply don't want the item, we will also provide a refund or exchange, but only if the item is in new condition, packaged in the original packaging and complete with original tags, instructions etc. If you do not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the return or give only a partial credit.
Refunds are issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for larger orders (over $100).
After receiving a Return Authorization, simply return the item with a copy of your order and include instructions regarding color/size exchange or refund.
