Shipping & Returns
Money-back Guarantee, Return Policy:
-We accept returns/exchanges for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Prior authorization is required. Email or call us for authorization.
- If the item is faulty, we will replace it or refund you gladly, including the Standard shipping costs you paid us, once we receive the item back.
We will not refund shipping costs you paid us if the item was shipped via any Expedited shipping method (This includes any Air Shipping or UPS 3 Day Select. Priority Mail is not considered Expedited shipping for this purpose). We also do not necessarily cover your cost of shipping the item back to us. This decision is made on a case-by-case basis.
If you simply don't want the item, we will also gladly provide a refund or exchange once we receive the item back in New condition. Please be sure the item is packaged in the original packaging and complete with original tags, instructions etc. Refunds in an instance of changing mind do not include the shipping costs you paid us or the shipping costs you incur to return the item to us. If you do not have the original packaging, we can usually work with you anyways. We know the feeling of being stuck with something you don't want. However, we do reserve the right to refuse the return or give only a partial credit in such a case.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 5% for larger orders (over $100).
After receiving a Return Authorization, simply return the item with a copy of your order and include instructions regarding color/size exchange or refund.

-We offer FREE ground (UPS Ground / Priority Mail) shipping to 50 states for orders of $99+! Please note that when shipping your package for free we may choose to change the shipping method. If you can accept only Mail or only UPS to your location, please indicate so in the comments field.
-For orders out of the USA and Canada:
For security reasons,you can not order directly through our site. Please send us an email (to:sales@DontGetHit.com) with the items you wish to order and your ship-to address and we will send you a Paypal payment request for your total.
-For government offices in the USA that order using PO's please fax your PO to 1-866-370-1367 or email to Deena@DontGetHit.com. Please call to confirm that we received your fax or email.
