3- The winner will receive one of their favorite Reflective items and 1 of their favorite LED items (total must be under $50).

-The winner will be chosen on December 3rd at 5:00 PM Eligibility: This contest is open to all legal U.S. and Canadian residents 16 and older, and all international residents 18 and older, except where prohibited by local laws, rules or regulations. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation in the contest constitutes the entrant's (or entrant's parent/legal guardian, if entrant is a minor) full agreement to these official rules, which are final and binding in all matters related to the contest, and subject to change at any time.
